The Only Way Is Jesus

Some people may look at all faiths being equal, that all are wholly true paths to God. “Your faith may be true for you, “you may hear, “but someone else’s faith is their truth. Claiming that your way is the only way is narrow-minded.” But the truth is, all faiths can’t be true. Many are mutually exclusive: if they are true, then the others must be false. For us Christians, we must be aware that Jesus declared the He alone was the way to God:

Jesus answered, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 14:6 KJV

The Gospel of John says: “He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life” (John 3:36 NKJV). We have to think about it this way, If Jesus weren’t the only way, there’d be no need to preach the Gospel, as others would already be saved. But they aren’t.

  1. Very Good writing! You are so right Marlon how so many religions cannot all be right, as they are teaching doctrines of men, and this explains why scripture says so many times Jesus went into the synagogue to teach for they were not teaching His Fathers will.

    Jesus is the cornerstone of the true church which He shed His blood to purchase, and any other way is outside of His sheepfold which He is shepherd over! 28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood. (Acts 20:28)

    11 This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. 12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. (Acts 4:11,12).
